How the Gravity-Style Adjustment Works

The inner section moves vertically so the contact surface can settle toward the height of the coffee bed. The tool should still be placed level and used with a consistent dose. It does not replace WDT or another internal distribution method when the grounds are clumpy or uneven below the surface.

Choose the Right Size

Select the variant according to the actual usable inner diameter and rim geometry of your filter basket. The 51mm options are intended for compatible 51mm-class baskets. In the larger size group, the distributor is listed as 58mm while the tamper and bundle use a 58.35mm tamping base. A 58.35mm base does not fit every basket labeled 58mm, so measure the basket and check the equipment specifications before ordering.

How to Use

1. Dose coffee into the portafilter basket and use WDT first when internal distribution is needed.
2. For the distributor, place the tool level on the basket and rotate gently to level the top surface without heavy compression.
3. For the tamper, place the base level on the coffee bed and press straight down with a controlled motion.
4. Lift the tool straight up and continue with brewing.

Care Instructions

Wipe coffee grounds from the metal contact surfaces after use. Keep the moving sections clean and dry. Do not soak the wood handle or place the complete tool in a dishwasher. Avoid abrasive cleaners and inspect threaded or moving sections before use.
