We offer standard worldwide shipping for eligible Culturbo orders.

Standard shipping is $7.99 for orders under $59.

Orders of $59 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after being handed over to the carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we may contact you with an update, revised timing, or available options.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Returned products must be unused, clean, free of coffee residue, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
