30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, clean, free of coffee residue, with original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at yongwa080@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note that returns must be sent to the authorized return address provided by our support team. Do not send items back without first contacting us. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any potential customs duties, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

For damaged packages, please provide clear photos of the packaging and product.

For technical issues with coffee grinders, coffee scales, or electronic products, please provide a clear video showing the operation problem so we can evaluate the issue properly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used items showing coffee residue, stains, or signs of wear
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Custom-ordered or special-order parts
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different size, model, or compatible accessory, please contact us first. The fastest way to get the right item is to request a return and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

If your order qualified for free shipping and you return the item, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund when applicable.
