Shipping Rates
We offer standard worldwide shipping for eligible Culturbo orders.
Standard shipping is $7.99 for orders under $59.
Orders of $59 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after being handed over to the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays, incorrect addresses, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
You can track your order through the tracking link provided in your email or through our Track Your Order page.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or other local fees charged by the destination country or region.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Culturbo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your shipment is delayed, lost, or shows no tracking updates for an extended period, please contact us at yongwa080@gmail.com.
We will help check the shipment status with the carrier or logistics provider.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are handled by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at yongwa080@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can review the issue properly.
