Shipping Area
We currently ship orders to the United States only. Shipping availability may be updated as our store operations expand.
Shipping and Delivery
- Standard shipping is $7.99 for orders under $59.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders of $59 or more.
- Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Estimated transit time is usually 10-18 business days after processing.
- For most orders, the total estimated delivery time is usually 13-21 business days from the date the order is placed.

Returns and Refunds
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean, free of coffee residue, and returned in their original packaging.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not offer direct exchanges or store credit as a standard refund method at this time.
