How to Use

1. Prepare your espresso puck with your usual dosing, distribution, and tamping routine.
2. Place one puck screen flat on top of the tamped coffee puck.
3. Insert the portafilter and start your espresso extraction.
4. After brewing, remove the portafilter carefully.
5. Use the magnetic pick-up tool to lift the puck screen from the basket.
6. Rinse the screen, dry it, and place it back on the wood stand.

Care Instructions

Rinse the stainless steel puck screen under warm water after each use and dry it before storage. For deeper cleaning, soak the screens with espresso machine cleaning powder according to the cleaner's instructions, then rinse and dry completely.

Wipe the sapele wood stand with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not soak the wood base in water or place it in a dishwasher. Keep the magnetic pick-up tool dry after cleaning.
